An AI builder that creates the structure

Example: customers linked to active jobs
Keep customers in one table and jobs in another. Link each job to its customer, then add an owner, due date, and stage. Use a kanban view for progress and a calendar view for scheduled work without maintaining two separate copies.

Start by agreeing on field meanings, record ownership, and the source of truth for imported data. An AI-generated base is a starting structure to review; it does not decide your business process for you.

Are BizOps and Helm the same product?
Yes. BizOps is the customer-facing name for Sontairo’s business operations product. Helm remains the name used in parts of the documentation and existing URLs.
Is BizOps limited to a sales CRM?
No. Bases, tables, fields, and views can also organize jobs, applicant tracking, content calendars, and other work that belongs in structured records.
Can I bring in existing data?
BizOps supports imports from Airtable or a spreadsheet. Review the import guide and map your fields before bringing existing records into a base.
