AI teammates built for real work
Bots brings Sontairo's agent capabilities into a clearer workspace for creating AI teammates. Each bot can be given a role and working instructions, then use Chat, routines, approved connections, memory, and the tools already available across Sontairo.
One account computer
Every account gets one shared computer for its bots. It includes a real browser interface that you can open and control directly. Browser sessions, app logins, and files persist for the account so bots can continue work without starting from an empty machine each time. Separate accounts remain isolated.
What happened to Agents?
The standalone Agents workspace is being retired in favor of Bots. The agent engine is not going away: it remains the orchestration layer behind bot planning, tools, approvals, schedules, and delegated work. Existing Agents links forward into the Bots workspace.
Better administration and support
Feature Access now provides searchable selectors for features, users, managed groups, subscriptions, and decisions. Usage has a summary-first overview with customer, subscription, activity, and sorting controls. The customer Help panel and operator Support inbox have also been streamlined with clearer context and faster search. The unused Issues page has been removed from Admin.
Bots can be enabled for individual people, managed groups, or subscription cohorts from Admin Feature Access.
